How does a current employee refer me for a role?

If you see a position you feel is a great fit for you and you know a current employee who can speak to your qualifications, they can refer you as a candidate for the role. You will create your candidate profile and apply for the position on our Career Center at www.fes.org. Make sure to list the current employees name as a referral on your resume and/or application.

Can I apply for multiple jobs?

Yes, you may apply for more than one role at a time using the same candidate profile.

What happens after I apply for a position? How do I check the status of my application?

After you apply for a position, you will receive an email confirmation from hrd@fes.org that your application has been received. The review of resumes and applications may take a couple of weeks to complete. Afterward, you will be contacted if we need additional information or wish to schedule a phone or personal interview. In any case, our goal is to keep you posted on the status of your application throughout the recruitment process.

Is a background check required as part of my application?

The job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. The background check is initiated after you have accepted your conditional job offer and is managed by our vendor, OneSource.

Will you let me know when a job has been filled?

You will definitely hear from us when you are no longer in consideration for a role that you applied – either by email or directly from a People Solutions team member. We’ll also keep your resume and information on file and reach out if we think you may be a good fit for a future opening. We encourage you to keep an eye out for new openings on our career page and apply again when a role matches your experience and interests.

I recently applied or interviewed for a job and was not selected. May I reapply?

If you were not selected for a specific role for which you applied and/or interviewed, you may always reapply to a similar or alternate role at any time. We recommend that you apply for those roles that align with your experience and interests.
